The stainless steel O-ring (ORB) fitting is for easy hose routing. And robust barrel design and the sealing system can withstand the harsh environment.
Efficient Helm
The helm max. working pressure is 6.9 Mpa/1000psi. It comes with a replaceable shaft seal to protect fluid from leaking. The ORB fittings are for easy hose routing and quick assembly.
Nylon Hose & Steering Wheel
Our high strength nylon hose with quick-fit 1/4 tube is easy to install. And a non-slip steering wheel ensures smooth operation.
Standard Accessories
This kit comes with two pcs tubes. A plastic tube is attached to the quart bottle, and the other end is screwed into the pump's filling hole, which assists in bleeding the system.
Wide Application
Suitable for boats up to 60 mph with single outboards up to 300 HP or twin outboards up to 450 hp (non-counter rotating). Twin-engine applications require a tie bar kit.
Hydraulic Outboard Boat Steering Kit: The HK6320A-3 hydraulic outboard boat steering kit includes an HC5345-3 steering cylinder, an HH5271-3 steering pump, a 13.5" steering wheel, and a 20ft HO5120 nylon hose kit. It is a perfect replacement for your aging or broken equipment and becomes a good companion for your sailing trips.
Aluminum Alloy Steering Cylinder: Output force: 468 KGF. Steering cylinders come with an upgraded sealing system for maximum protection from saltwater and compression set. Positionable stainless steel O-ring (ORB) fittings for easy hose routing. And the robust barrel is made of aluminum alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and does not fear seawater erosion.
Max. 300HP Helm Pump: Max. Working pressure: 6.9 Mpa/1000 psi. The hydraulic pump has a replaceable shaft seal, built-in locking valve, relief valve, ORB fittings, and airbag. Allow you to use the equipment securely and conveniently.
Nylon Hose & Steering Wheel: The 13.5" steering wheel is made of aluminum alloy and high-quality plastic. The 20" nylon hose with quick-fit 1/4 fitting is easy to install. And the hose can be cut to the desired length.
